KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Manager at NexCorp, you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations across all active projects
Assign tasks and manage deadlines for the Sales Rep, Web Developer, and Graphic Designer
Track project progress using structured reporting systems
Ensure client communication remains professional and timely
Review deliverables before final submission
Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement simple process improvements
Maintain weekly summary reports for the founder
Coordinate onboarding of new clients after deal closure
Maintain discipline, clarity, and accountability across the team
