KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Operations Manager at NexCorp, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all active projects

  • Assign tasks and manage deadlines for the Sales Rep, Web Developer, and Graphic Designer

  • Track project progress using structured reporting systems

  • Ensure client communication remains professional and timely

  • Review deliverables before final submission

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement simple process improvements

  • Maintain weekly summary reports for the founder

  • Coordinate onboarding of new clients after deal closure

  • Maintain discipline, clarity, and accountability across the team

REQUIREMENTS
